    Bought my 40 geg two years ago and now I get a no license to play and I’ve tried to get in touch with Creative to upgrade the drive and I have gotten no where. If I knew the life expectancy on my mp3 player was only two years; I would of never bought it. The communication with Creative is terrible. The customer support is there for a new product but non existant for a two year old player… I am so disgusted, I may as well throw it away……Larry Warren
