Wow. Amazingly, stunningly, mind-bogglingly stupid. Are they counting on no one reading the TOS? Does AOL think nobody cares about their own rights as publishers? After the recent content provider uprising against Google’s autolink (a much less offensive act, if you ask me) you’d think AOL would have more savvy.
I’m not an AOL user, but I do (did) use AIM. I’m changing my status to “Outraged” until further notice.
