Paucity of posts….

Long delay since last posting; I’ve been busy breaking Rojolicious and putting it back together, working on the start of a response to Scoble’s request for a service, which is a lead-in to some stuff I want to do with attentionxml. Ai; not enough hours in the day!

In other news, I also opened a wiki of my own; a place to put some Rojo commentary and to replace a Social Media lexicon that my blog-friend Allen had started. The wiki has no destination planned or even envisioned, it was just a place that I could easily add stuff and that I could open up to folks who needed a place to collect some visible information. Registration is open to the interested; email me if you have problems.

I’ve been thinking about changing the name of my blog. I wonder sometimes if the current name discourages visitors. After discussing this briefly with Allen, he suggested that I blog it. The origin of the name relates to the meaning behind the Tarot card, The Hanged Man, specifically the idea of changing perspective, and also the connection to Odin (more detail: Meaning of the Hanged Man Tarot Card). I’m not a big Tarot freak by any means, but I like this card’s meaning. The current leader in terms of potential names is “elliptical…” which I think represents my writing style (”parenthetical” is another possibility), and the current header graphic (Elliptical Awning by Aaronel deRoy Gruber) actually relates to that name. My concern with changing is that I have no idea how that would effect my current (small) readership. Comments are welcome.

Lastly, I saw a link come across my ego feed from my brother-in-law. Cool - welcome to the conversation, Jeff!

So much for granular blogging, by the way.
