As you say, I commented on that piece, not to mention that it was actually my introduction to Bokardo.  I suspect I discovered it through my attention.xml Feedster search feed (or Pubsub, or Technorati).

That shows you how much I need an attention solution of some kind.  Or just to pay better attention.</description>

That said, I'm of the same opinion as you are...I don't know if another XML format will solve our attention issues or make them worse. I can imagine a scenario in which we're looking at metadata for most of our day instead of looking at content. In fact, I already do that to a serious extent...
